GENERAL TERMS FOR ONLINE RESERVATIONS ON THE SITE OF

Hotel Magnific

RESERVATION AND ACCOMMODATION

Hotel Magnific undertakes to ensure the use of the services requested and paid for by the client on an online reservation according to the data provided by the client through the reservation form for: client’s name, telephone number, period, number of nights, number of adults and children, regular and extra beds , price per night.

In the reservation, children up to 1.9 years old on the date of arrival are accepted as infants. In the reservation, guests between the ages of 2 years and 11.9 years, on the date of arrival, are accepted as children. A guest who has reached the age of 12 on the date of check-in is considered an adult. Information about them should be noted with a comment at the end of the reservation, in the “Remarks” field.

The “Remarks” field in the reservation form is not binding for the Magnific Hotel, and all the wishes of the client, filled in the field in question, will be satisfied if possible.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

The prices on the Magnific Hotel website are in BGN (BGN), including 9% VAT, tourist tax and insurance. The total amount payable by the customer for the reservation is calculated automatically, depending on the number of days, the number of adults and children, and the current price offer for the relevant period.

The reservation made and paid for through the online reservation portal is GUARANTEED with advance payment of the value of the first night.

Please note that bookings are not considered guaranteed without advance payment of the first night’s cost of the relevant reserved accommodation and guests will not be accommodated.

Hotel Magnific reserves the right to change prices and special offers on its website. For already made, confirmed and paid reservations, the amount due does not change, regardless of the new price offers presented.

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES TO RESERVATIONS

In case of cancellation by the customer of an online reservation, Hotel Magnific does not refund the paid advance for the unused reservation.
Changes can be made to the reservation regarding the correction of the check-in date and room type, at least 3 days earlier, depending on hotel availability. For clarification regarding the correction of your reservation, please contact the hotel reception by calling 0877 350 250 or via email: hotelmagnific@abv.bg.
In case of earlier departure, the amount of the unused part of the reservation is not refunded.
In cases of force majeure, requiring the cancellation or change of the reservation, it is necessary to provide the relevant documents and evidence. Then the refund of the amounts paid is at the discretion of Hotel Magnific. Reimbursement of amounts paid for services agreed upon and performed by Magnific Hotel will be made through a transaction on the card with which the payment for the reservation was made. Refunds are made within 30 days from the date of cancellation.

TYPES OF PAYMENTS

Payment is made electronically with a debit or credit card through a virtual POS terminal

We accept payments by Visa, Visa Electron, V Pay, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic or Maestro cards.

When choosing this payment method, you construct the reservation and manage the payment process yourself in the online reservation portal on the website of Hotel Magnific.

After you have created and confirmed the reservation and proceeded to pay for it, the payment page opens. The payment screen is located in a 3-D Secure environment, ensuring full protection of the data that the customer enters. On this screen, the customer enters the data from his card – type of card, number, validity period and CVV2/CVC2 code. For cards requiring additional 3-D authentication where you are enrolled in the Verified by VISA or MasterCard SecureCode authentication schemes, an authentication page of your Issuing bank opens where you enter your authentication password.

In order to be able to use your debit card for online payments, you need to activate this service and receive your secret code to use in your online payments. You can activate at any ATM.

The steps to activate your service and receive your secret code are:

Step 1: Insert your card into the ATM. Select “Other services”.

Step 2: Select the “Pay via Internet” option from the ATM’s menu.

Step 3. Choose from the ATM menu “Secret code of BORICA”.

Step 4: A message about the successful generation of your secret code appears on the ATM screen.

On the receipt that will be printed for you, you will find the secret code you need for online payments with your debit card.

Important: At no time during booking creation, payment or after payment, the Merchant does not have access to the cardholder’s card details.

In the case of a successful transaction, a transaction note is displayed on the screen, which you must print and keep.

Currently on online

booking, the mentioned amounts will be automatically withdrawn from your card at the end of the payment process.

After successful payment of the value of the created reservation, you will receive a confirmation, number and parameters of your guaranteed reservation.

PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data are protected according to the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and are used only by the reservation department of DEVA-07 OOD, the owner of Hotel Magnific is registered in the register of legal entities – administrators of personal data.

Your personal data will not be provided to third parties.

RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellation of the reservation – in case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit in the amount of 30% of the reservation value is not refundable.

PREPAYMENT
To guarantee the reservation, the hotel requires:

Deposit in the amount of 30% of the reservation value.

The remaining amount of the reservation is paid upon arrival at the hotel reception.

METHOD OF PAYMENT at the hotel

Payment can be made in cash or by credit card at the Magnificent Hotel reception.
• The following credit and debit cards are accepted: VISA Electron; MAESTRO Master card,

ACCOMMODATION
• Check-in at the hotel takes place after 2:00 p.m.
• Rooms are vacated by 12:00.
• When extending the stay to:

– 2.00 p.m. hours, a one-time rest fee of BGN – 20 is paid,

– until 6:00 p.m. is paid once – BGN 60.

– after 18.00 the price of one night is due

WORK TIME
• Hotel Reception – 24 hours: 00:00. – midnight

Lobby bar – 24 hours: 00:00. – midnight

• Restaurant:

• BREAKFAST 08.00. – 10.00 a.m.
– DINNER 6:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

Children
• All children are welcome at the hotel!

* Maximum number of additional beds in the apartment. room and studio – 1 pc!
• One child up to 2 years old, using a baby bed, stays for free. Baby cots are available free of charge upon prior request and subject to availability.
• Child from 2 years old. until 11.99 on an extra bed, with two full-paying guests staying for free ./2+1/
• A child over 11.99 or a third adult stays in a triple room or apartment.

• We do not have single rooms available, i.e. 1 person pays the price of a double room.

• 1 adult with two small children – uses room 2+1

FOOD AND DRINKS
• It is forbidden to bring food and drinks into the rooms, except in cases of mini-bar use.

An exception is food for babies and small children, as well as people with a special diet.

ANIMALS
• The stay of animals in the hotel and the restaurant is prohibited.

The hotel requires a deposit upon reservation in the amount of 30% of the final reservation amount, which is sent by bank transfer to the following account:
