RESERVATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS
• Cancellation of the reservation – in case of cancellation of the reservation the deposit of 30 % on the reservation price will not be refunded.
PREPAYMENT
To guarantee the reservation, the hotel requires:
Deposit of 30 % of the reservation price.
The remaining amount of the reservation is paid upon arrival, at the reception desk of the hotel.
Hotel payment METHOD
You can pay in cash or by credit card at the reception desk of Hotel Magnific.
• The following credit and debit cards are accepted: VISA Electron; MAESTRO Master Card
ACCOMMODATION
• Check-in after 14.00 p.m.
• Check-out is until 12.00 at noon.
• If you decide to stay longer:
– until 14.00 p.m. you need to pay an additional fee of 20 BGN once
– until 18.00 p.m., you need to pay additionally – 60 BGN, once.
– after 18.00 p.m. the full price for one night is due
OPENING HOURS:
• Hotel Reception – 24 Hours: 00.00 a.m. – 24.00 p.m.
Lobby Bar – 24 hours: 00.00 a.m. – 24.00 p.m..
• Restaurant
• BREAKFAST 08.00 a.m. – 10.00 a.m.
– DINNER 18:30 p.m – 21:00 p.m.
Children
•Children of all ages are welcome at the hotel!
* Maximum number of extra beds in the room. Room and Studio – 1 pc.!
• One child up to 2 yours, using a baby cot is accommodated free of charge. Baby cots are available free of charge upon prior request and subject to availability.
• A child from 2 up to 11.99 years with two full paying guests is accommodated free of charge. /2 + 1/
• A child over 11.99 years or a third adult is accommodated in a triple room or apartment.
• We do not have single rooms i.e. 1 person pays the price of a double room.
• 1 adult with two young children – uses Room 2 + 1
FOOD & BEVERAGES
• Bring food and drinks into the rooms and the spa-center is forbidden, except in the cases when you use the mini-bar.
The only exception is food for infants and young children, as well as people with special diets.
ANIMALS
•Animals staying in the hotel and restaurant are not allowed.
